GROUP CHAIRMAN

Amaju Melvin Pinnick

A very intelligent and vibrant Nigerian entrepreneur, Amaju Melvin Pinnick is an ingenious businessman with interests in Oil & Gas Engineering, and Hospital.

The mastermind behind Brownhill’s investment, Mr Pinnick’s vision is to develop Brownhill into a leading company in Nigeria. Brownhill is a privately held company founded by Mr Pinnick in 2001.

After recognizing the opportunity gap for such companies in Nigeria, he initiated this venture as a solution to these gaps and has since partnered with major firms around the world to ensure that they share his passion for energy and work towards providing business solutions that will improve the Nigerian economy and better the lives of Nigerians.

He is also a practical philanthropist and a benevolent giver.


VICE CHAIRMAN

Julie Onyemaechi Pinnick

Julie Onyemaechi Pinnick is a computer science graduate of Lagos State University. She is a member of various boards of companies, including Jcleaning Services which at its inception disrupted the industrial cleaning space in the country with its innovative and top-notch products and services.

She is the current managing director of Brownhill Coliseum (formerly known as Brownhill events centre), arguably the best one-stop event centre in Nigeria.

She is reputed to have shown a rare administrative and innovative management style.


NON-EXECUTIVE ADVISER

Ologbaraete (Ete) Pinnick

Ologbaraete (Ete) Pinnick has over 2 decades of experience in FMCG and Supply Chain. He is a people coach and passionate about building talent, team engagement and cultural transformation.

He was Snr supply chain director, sub-Sahara Africa, Mondelez International. He also heads execution positions in Unilever, Global supply chain program director, supply chain director, in Nigeria, and Supply chain director in East & Southern Africa. He was executive director on the Unilever board from 2011 to 2017, and executive director Modelez Ghana from 2020 to 2022. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria Society of Nigeria and the member council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria.

He is disciplined, analytical, self-motivated, and data-driven and believes everything is possible.

Bemigho Wagbatsoma

Bemigho Wagbatsoma is an economics and statistics graduate with a master’s degree in energy and petroleum economics. Bemigho is a strategic planner, intelligent business analyst, and Chief operations officer (COO) at Brownhill Group.

Over the years he has helped the company to grow by successfully implementing and managing various business ventures. 

As COO, he provides strategic input into all significant decision-making processes and is responsible for running day-to-day operations.

He is a seasoned economist with over eighteen years of experience covering all aspects of organizational transformation, from strategy development and planning to process reengineering/review and organizational culture transformation.

Amaju Bobby Ayomike

Amaju Bobby Ayomike is a 1992 accounting graduate of the University of Benin, Benin City.

He has a responsibility to develop and execute the company’s business strategies and also to provide strategic advice to the board and chairperson.

Amaju Bobby Ayomike is a seasoned technocrat with over 26 years of corporate experience in downstream oil and gas with Mobil Oil Nigeria PLC (An ExxonMobil subsidiary company).


GROUP CHIEF GEOLOGIST

Mcdonald Wagbatsoma

Mr Mcdonald Wagbatsoma is a 1990 graduate of geology from the University of Benin, Benin City. He also has a master’s degree in applied petroleum geology.

Mcdonald has 28 years of work experience in the Nigerian oil and gas industry have been involved in some high-profile deep water wells for Statoil and Chevron. Other completed task includes geological fieldwork on hydro geophysics and borehole completion, detailed description and petrographic analysis on conventional cores. Mudlogging and geologic data analysis of over 1,000 wells in the Niger Delta Basin from the upper land of the Delta to the deep waters of Nigeria.


CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Deji Olagboye

Dr Deji Olagboye is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a postgraduate certification in international business and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance both from DE Montfort University in the United Kingdom. He is also an associate of the chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Deji worked for over fifteen years in various capacities in the Nigerian financial services industry. He is currently a management and financial consultant.
